Q: What if I change my mind? Deposit is 100% refundable until we start your build. Just email us. No hard feelings.
Q: What if I don't like it when it arrives? 30-day return policy, but keep in mind that the deposit is non-refundable after we start the build, but we will refund the balance.

Q: How do payment plans work? Final balance can be split into 4 interest-free payments through Affirm. We'll set this up before shipping.
Q: Can I visit the shop? We do not have a shop that's open to the public . . . yet.
Q: What exactly can I customize? A bunch of things! Wood selections, fretboard radius, pickups, hardware, finish. If it's not in our configurator, just shoot us a message and ask.
