#50 Satin Alder B12 "Kid Edition"
The Baldwin B12 is our lightest and most ergonomic body style. The Kid Edition is the product of our collaboration with Brian "Kid" McShea of the Band "Good Terms". Essentially a stripped down touring machine for lovers of the t-style and LP Junior guitars.
Like all our guitars, this guitar was designed and built with power chords in mind. When electric guitars were first designed, the average hands were smaller. We've changed, but our guitars haven't. Wide string spacing, and a wider neck makes chording easier when playing hard and fast for modern hands. The b90 pickup is meticulously voiced through trial and error over a decade to be ideal for high gain modern rock, emo, alternative, and pop punk. Bolt on neck attachment and a evertune bridge make this a tone machine. We also stripped away everything you don't need: the tone pot. Plug in, turn up, and rock out.
